**Responsibilities**:
Generate and grow advertising revenue by proactively selling advertising space in Rolling Stoner Magazine.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, agencies, and industry professionals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the cannabis industry.
Develop and deliver effective sales presentations to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create innovative advertising solutions tailored to client needs.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
**Requirements**:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in media sales, preferably in the publishing or advertising industry.
Extensive knowledge of the cannabis industry, including key players, regulations, and market trends.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
A passion for cannabis and a genuine interest in its culture, lifestyle, and business.
