My Client in the Mechanical industry is looking for a Hydraulic Supervisor to join their dynamic team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Monitoring and maintaining daily workload (backlog) and turnaround time in Hydraulics department.
- Organising and scheduling work for hydraulics technician(s).
- Responsible for developing and training hydraulics technicians in performing setups, running tests, and performing data acquisition.
- Responsible for performing setups and run standard tests as well as special projects involving the build of customs setups. Keep detail data throughout duration of programs.
- Managing large and small hydraulics projects.
- Ensures all work is performed in accordance with company procedures.
- Responsible for monitoring and following company safety procedures within the department to conform to appropriate regulatory and company standards.

**Requirements**:

- 5 year min experience
- Experience in testing areas: Pressure Burst, Pressure Impulse, FAA Fire test, Pressure Cycle
- Experience in media: fuels, water, oils
- Availability, flexibility, and maturity to represent the company at a broad range of events in the community, with customers, and within the company.
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills to meet a variety of communication
- Strong interpersonal skills that foster open upward and downward communication built on mutual respect.
- Ability to interface with clients, win new work and determine their requirements to develop proposals including cost estimates, work plan and terms and conditions.

**Salary**: R20,000.00 - R35,000.00 per month
