Our client, Amazing Skills (Australia) offers online social skills training and programs which support families with Autistic kids. They are making a real difference in kids’ lives. We are seeking an upbeat, motivated Parent Support Trainer and Administration Superstar who is adaptable in both the educational and administration space to join the team.

You will work closely with other members of a small, highly motivated team. If you love variety, have a passion to teach and have a skill for admin this could be your next role.

**Your new responsibilities**:

- **Actively help facilitate our Teaching and Support Programs**:

- **Use your teaching experience to help parents understand how to help their children.**:

- **Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed**:

- **Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and complete information**:

- **Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies**:

- **Document customer interactions and transactions in our database**:

- **Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and procedures**

**The skills you bring**:

- **A teaching degree with experience**:

- **Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills**

**Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**
- **Innovative thinking and willingness to challenge existing methods where improvement is possible**:

- **Ability to handle customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment**

**Experience in record keeping**
- **Experience with Google Sheets or Excel**:

- **Ability to work remotely and independently and as part of a team**
- **Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus**:

- **Innovative thinking and willingness to challenge existing methods where improvement is possible.**:

- **Super organised and articulate.**

**Must have skills and resources**:

- **Strong skills in written English and spoken English**:

- **An ability to work within a remote multicultural team**:

- **A passion to help kids and families**:

- **Ability to problem solve and offer solutions**:

- **A reliable fibre internet connection (this is absolutely essential)**:

- **A dedicated quiet space to work**:

- **A willingness to learn lots and lots about Autism.**

**Salary**: R14,000.00 - R16,000.00 per month
