Theodin Trading & Projects is recruiting for an experienced Industrial Cleaning Site Manager based in Bethal or surroundings. The main function of this role is to ensure all client SLA requirements and KPI's are consistently achieved.

**Minimum Requirements and Desired Skills**
- Matric
- Technical National Diploma (advantageous)
- Contracts Management Course
- Valid SA Driver’s License
- Computer literate on Microsoft Office, Primavera or SAP
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within the contract cleaning industry
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Demonstrates a drive to work independently
- Goal oriented.
- Strong problem solving and negotiation ability
- Professional demeanour with emphasis on client service delivery
- Working knowledge of Sectorial Determination and Industrial Relations
- Effective cost management directly attributed to chemical usage, labour allocation, and equipment maintenance.

**Key Performance Indicators**
- Allocated sites are managed in line with agreed service parameters to achieve client satisfaction.
- Cost management of Labour and Resources
- Managing time and attendance
- Responsible for the smooth start up of new sites
- Effectively plans and prioritizes portfolio management and admin activities
- Develop, build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Able to handle various different projects simultaneously
- Manage the day to day running of the contract
- Ensure all staff is in full and neat PPE
- Manage timesheets and IR issues on site
- Laise as required with the client and attend to any daily issues

**Salary**: R63.00 - R110.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bethal, Mpumalanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Contract Management Certificate (preferred)
