**REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING**
- Grade 12
- FAIS accreditation (Level RE 5)
- FSB recognised qualification

**REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE**
- 5 years experience in the short-term insurance industry

**KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS**
- Perform underwriting and administrative service to new and existing clients
- Process client claims
- Assist the Relationship Manager with the preparation of required weekly, monthly or quarterly reports upon request
- Report any customer complaints, both claims, and underwriting, to the Relationship Manager
- Budget management
- New business
- Training and development
- Ad hoc tasks
