**Minimum Qualifications and Experience Required**:

- Minimum Grade 12 (Matric) qualification along with Business Administration or Secretarial qualification.
- Tertiary qualification in Bookkeeping / Accounting / Business Management / Administration or equivalent advantageous.
- Travel Industry knowledge is advantageous.
- SAP experience advantageous
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within the admin and financial management responsibility.
- Reconciliation and payment of accounts.
- Preparation of monthly EFT payments to suppliers.
- Preparation of all supporting information for annual audits.
- Management and responsibility of Head Office petty cash.
- Ensuring effective utilization of Human Resource Policies & Procedure in relation to Recruitment, Training & Development, Performance Management, Disciplinary and Grievance procedures.
- Day to day management of couriers, office stationery and sundries orders, and equipment arranging (laptops, cell phones, photocopiers, air cons, electrical etc,
- Admin ad hoc functions.
