Incumbent will be responsible for overall office administration, Engineering product coordination and detailed Bill of materials management. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the Engineering staff has adequate support to work efficiently.

**Role**:
**Office Management**
- Manage the smooth running of the office, ensuring efficient use of resources and equipment.
- Devising and maintaining office systems to efficiently deal with the paper and process flow of the Engineering office.
- Order supplies, maintain inventory, and control expenses for the Engineering department.
- Ensuring effective communication among teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and coordinating with IT teams as needed.

**Administrative Tasks**
- Organize meetings, appointments, and events, and ensure effective communication among team members.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, project documents for the Engineering department.
- Assisting engineers and with documentation, reports, and project timelines.
- Helping with employee onboarding within the Engineering department.
- Tracking Absenteeism within the department and ensuring all leave is applied and approved by Engineering Manager and sending completed documentation to HR.
- Any ad-hoc duties given to you to assist management.

**Compliance**
- Ensuring adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.

**Skills and Attributes**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong command of the English language: an eye for detail, meticulous grammar and comprehension, and exceptional written communication.
- Proven experience in office management or administration.
- Able to meet deadlines for multiple tasks at a time.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Diploma in Office Administration or equivalent.
- Completion of Excel Intermediate training.
- 2-4 years Administrator experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 2 years (preferred)
