**The main purpose of this position is t**o develop preferred suppliers across the region and negotiate / conclude contracts with the identified suppliers on behalf of the Company in Africa. Must be English and French Speaking.**

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK FRENCH
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required,
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sourcing / procurement function, with experience of tenders, negotiations, savings planning & savings achievement, supplier due diligence, contract writing and contract negotiations.
- Experience of and in-depth knowledge of the Facilities Management supply chain
- Supplier performance improvement tools & techniques
- Strong proven management experience in Procurement and Supply Chain Management with a track record of solid and results achievement
- Significant experience leading and conducting negotiations for contracts with domestic & international sources across a wide portfolio of categories
- The ability to work with and influence a broad range of stakeholders and supplier staff at senior levels

DUTIES:

- Analyse and negotiate Creditor payment terms for Working Capital Management improvement
- In line with the analysis, search markets for alternative service providers to bring best value to the Company Supply Chain, using the appropriate sourcing channels
- Support business to develop preferred suppliers across the region
- Negotiate and conclude contracts with the identified suppliers.
