Office Administrator

Our client is looking for a motivated and organized Office Administrator for a fast-past company
**Experience & Qualifications**:
- Must be proficient in English and Afrikaans
- Must reside in the East Rand Area
- Must have atleast 3-5 years’ experience in relevant position
- Must be proficient in Microsoft computer literacy (word, excel, outlook) Understanding basic concept of excel functions, and page layout is a must.
- Attention to detail and be able to do routine work effectively
- Must have own transport
- Must have good people’s skills
- Preferred typing skills of 40 WPM, with good formatting and grammatical skills
**Duties**:
- Processing of Customer orders on Excel spreadsheets
- Generate Job Packs and update Customer CRM
- Purchasing goods required in accordance with Customer orders
- Ensuring timeous deliveries for goods purchased
- Processing of Customer and supplier invoices on SageOne
- Processing of account statements
- Manage debtors accounts and follow up on all outstanding payments
- Solve or direct client queries
- Establish and maintain client and supplier databases
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, schedule meetings, etc.
- Provide support to the team including Administration, data entry and report generation
- General Admin duties, such as answering the phone, filing, archiving etc.
- Capturing and submitting time sheets (attendance register) for HR
- Ability to step in for the Receiving/Dispatch should the need arise
- Adhoc duties as reasonably required
