Our client, a reputable private dealership, is actively seeking a Motor Vehicle Licensing & Registration Clerk with specialized knowledge in vehicle registrations. **Requirements**:

- **Experience**: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Licensing and Registration of vehicles.
- **Matric**: A high school diploma is a fundamental requirement.
- **Pressure Handling**: Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under high-pressure scenarios.
- **Administration Skills**: Proficiency in office administration with an outstanding commitment to detail.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective interaction.
- **Valid Driver's License**: A valid driver's license is a mandatory requirement.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- **Liaison**: Efficiently communicate with the dealership concerning vehicle license and registration procedures.
- **Documentation Management**: Ensure that all registration and licensing documents, along with invoices, are promptly submitted to the bank/licensing department.
- **Number Plates**: Assume responsibility for ensuring that number plates adhere to dealership requirements.
- **Forms**: Acquire all pertinent forms in advance from the traffic or licensing department.
- **Creditors**: Manage creditors associated with licensing and registration.
- **Office Administration**: Carry out fundamental office administration tasks.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month
