**DUTIES**:

- Receive jobs from the workshops and ensure all parts are picked and or ordered on the same day as received.
- Expedite and create STO’s ( branch orders ) for parts available from the network of branches where the warehouse ( GLC ), has none.
- Follow up with the branch controller at the warehouse for soonest ETA’s on all back-ordered parts.
- Update the workshop foreman and or administrators on the status of all workshop’s related parts on order, back-order and awaiting their collection.
- Pre-arrange and set up all parts orders for the workshops by job numbers to ensure that there are no delays upon collections by the mechanics.
- Draw a back-order report daily which serves as a tool to action point 2,3,4 & 5.
- Release picklists, pick parts as well as allocate the parts onto the jobs by executing the Goods movement in SAP.
- Extend parts numbers in SAP and Log tickets where required for parts that are not active in SAP.
- Carry out regular checks on the collections areas and inform management and the foreman on all aging parts or those that have passed the promised collection dates.
- Assist with or execute the returns process for parts returned by mechanics or for those that are is aging at the collections / storage areas.
- Carry out regular cycle counts ( general and strategic )
- Send out and submit NRI / Freight charges forms once received back from the relevant persons as well as ensuring costs are added to the jobs where required.
- Be available to work standby and overtimes as and when required.
- Accurate Filling and Excellent housekeeping.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Abet Level 4
- Applicants must have two years experience in a similar capacity
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Applicants must be self-motivated and resourceful
- Work well in a team
- Ability to work under pressure
- Valid driver’s licence
- AS400/MAPICS & SAP knowledge essential
- Must Computer literate
- Bell product knowledge is essential
