**Purpose**:
The Marketing department are seeking a Product Marketer to be a reliable assistant to the Head of Marketing with a focus on product launch and marketing. We are looking for someone who can build relationships with the team, and who is excellent in communication both in writing and verbally. You need to be a fast and willing learner, understand the basic principles of marketing and digital campaigns. You need to be a team player who provides support across the entire marketing process.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Matric with mathematics or maths literacy
- Degree in Marketing / Public Relations is essential

**Responsibilities**:
Your main function will be to serve as the Marketer responsible for all product launch collateral; product campaigns; post-launch data and analysis etc. In addition to this, you will be responsible for all brand work relating to our rug brands (Yudu, Voke, MiracleRug etc.) Further details on both of these items can be found further down.

**Requirements**:

- Matric/grade 12 with math’s or math’s literacy
- Degree in Marketing / Public Relations
- At least 2 years working experience (post-graduate) as a Marketing Assistant / Junior Marketing Coordinator, or a similar role is essential
- Previous experience managing multiple projects at one time
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship skills
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt techniques based on requirements
- An open mindset and will seek out feedback to refine and develop their skills
- The ability to problem-solve
- Strong attention to detail
- Results driven
- Strong planning and organisation skills - project management skills

**Key Accountabilities and Outputs**:
**Product Launches**
- To attend product WIP meetings
- To compile the product launch collateral: Spec sheets; sales presentations; internal comms content (B_ Hive); external comms content
- To check the specs of these items based on final spec sheets received from the technical team
- To brief in the new product launch for social media
- To brief in the new product to be uploaded onto the website
- To manage product photo shoots + design collabs that fall outside of the work Vish does
- To manage all swatch photography requirements
- To compile a full Marketing plan for the launch of each new product
- To hold internal reviews of collateral
- To hold post-launch review sessions to get feedback from sales and their customers
- The effectiveness of each launch will be measured based on key metrics at each post-launch review e.g. sales target; leads received; leads to sales etc.
- To work on product collateral such as the vinyl brochure, hospitality brochure etc.
- Schedule a quarterly Belgotex Export Marketing Review meeting (Mel, Ev and Lloyd)
