Experience in Windows Group Policy (essential)
Experience in Remote desktop services (essential)
Experience in Citrix Xenapp (essential)
Understanding of Active Directory and LDAP (essential)
Excellent documentation and time management skills (essential)
A solid understanding of the Windows Server environments (essential)
Ability to liaise with project managers, clients and various stakeholders to provide continuous feedback on projects as well as day-to-day activities
Create weekly / monthly reports on incidents and requests
Perform Release Management (Software, Hardware & Services) Activities
Perform Change Management Activities, including Logging of changes, Attending Pre
- / E- & Weekly CAB
Assist with Change impact Evaluation
Assist with Major Incident Management
Assist with Operation Support Qualification and Experience

**Qualifications**:
Matric
Diploma of Degree in Information Technology
Experience
1 - 3 years Group Policy Experience (essential)
3 Years relevant IT Experience
Experience in Project Management(advantageous)
Experience in Client relationship management(advantageous)
