**Purpose of the role**:
The purpose of the role is to support the BSP Department with various processes and functions as per operational requirements.

**The role will involve (but not limited to)**:
(An overview, but is not limited to the full function of the role)
- Actioning and the clearing of rejected BSP Link Applications.
- Calculating and processing of refunds.
- Processing of credit notes and service fees when required.
- Be prepared to fulfill ad hoc tasks that may be required as per business needs.

**Experience**:

- Accounting/Financial experience is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre.
- Microsoft/G-Suite skills.
- Have an excellent understanding of airline terms and travel industry knowledge.
- Exemplary customer-oriented approach.
- Possess a creative outlook with a problem-solving attitude.
- Proficient in English, knowledge of an additional language is advantageous.
- Possess competent written and verbal communications skills.
- Possess effective organizational skills and the ability to complete multiple tasks and a high volume of work on deadlines.
- Excellent time management skills.
- An ability to respond quickly and accurately to requests for information.
- Ability to work independently on request.
- Takes the initiative to support team members and management as requested.
