The Debtors and Creditors Clerk will be responsible for managing and overseeing all accounts receivable and payable processes, ensuring accurate financial records. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a thorough understanding of financial protocols, with experience in QuickBooks. Key responsibilities include:

- Processing invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitoring outstanding debt and following up with clients to ensure timely payments.
- Reconciling accounts payable and receivable with financial records.
- Maintaining detailed records of transactions and updating ledgers regularly.
- Assisting with monthly and annual financial closing processes.
- Collaborating with internal departments and external clients to resolve billing issues.

**Requirements**:

- A qualification in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Debtors and Creditors Clerk or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, accounting software, and MS Office.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Epping, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
