**Name of the position**: Studio Success Captain (With Tech Wizard Powers)
**Role (Overview of the Position)**
Responsible for the day to day communication with clients, client onboarding, client performance monitoring, client relationship building and ensuring overall client success & satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:
- Onboarding new clients
- Help clients progress through the onboarding process
- Check in with new clients at scheduled intervals
- Guide clients in the right direction and give them the proper resources when it comes to support questions directly related to the onboarding training and how to use our system
- Send monthly Loom videos or set up monthly Zoom meetings with all clients to debrief performance, provide feedback on areas for potential improvement
- Keep track of recurring client struggles and communicate back to management for process improvement
- Support implementation efforts around product changes and user acceptance
- Stay up to date with new processes and ways to use our system to find new ways to provide value to the client
- Launch ad campaigns for clients
- Responsible for managing over 60 Facebook campaigns & tracking results
- Get access to client FB assets, create Business Manager for clients when needed
- Consistently monitor FB ads results and ensure high performance
- Change client ads when ads are not performing optimally
- Help clients regain access to their disabled or restricted ad accounts
- Create ad campaign result reports for clients
- Follow-up with clients to request new creative when needed
- Find & implement new strategies to campaigns
- Create new processes based on the results of tests if current strategies are not working well
**You’re perfect for the job if you are**:
- Confident and friendly interacting with clients over zoom calls
- Proficient with tech, love challenges and problem solving
- VERY detailed oriented, organized and can follow instructions
- Excellent communication skills
- Organized, attention to detail

- Have the ability to work independently while keeping accountable
- Meet deadlines
- Proficient at general processes and procedures and learning new programs
- Bonus points if you already know how to use GoHighLevel & Clickup
- Bonus points if you already know how to run Facebook Ad campaigns
- Bonus if you have experience working in the digital marketing space
