Personal Assistant

Personal assistant:
Responsibility:
Organising meetings and booking meeting rooms;
Taking minutes and writing it up at Board Meetings;
Acting as a point of contact between the Executives and staff/visitors;
Handling correspondence;
Preparing and collating Board Packs;
Maintaining the filing and database system;
Assisting with presentations and reports;
Managing the Executive’s diaries;
Making travel arrangements and managing travel itineraries.
**Requirements**:
Must have your own reliable transport;
Computer literate with an excellent working knowledge of MS Office and Excel
Detail orientation is essential;
Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines;
Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills;
Ability to work independently and as a team member;
Discretion;
Proven effective organizational, stress and time management skills;
**Salary**: R25,000.00 per month
