Our client, a leader in the field of medical equipment and accessories manufacturing and distribution requires your expertise and experience as a Sales Administator for their operation in Stikland, Cape Town.

**Requirements**:

- Good telephonic ethic to answer calls confidently and assist
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Previous experience of 2-3 years in a Sales Administrator role
- Attention to detail, organized and good communication skills
- Fast learner and able to adjust easy
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Able to work well under pressure
- Hardworking and deadline driven
- Computer literate
- Data Capturing
- Sales knowledge
- Dispatching & Receiving knowledge
- Sage or accounting and stock management software experience would be an advantage
- Accounting experience will be an advantage

**Responsibilities**:

- Performing tasks such as generating invoicing, pickings, delivery notes, quotes and waybills
- Receiving and maintaining orders
- Arranging availability with courier for dispatching
- Following up with POD
- Sending of purchase orders and following up with suppliers
- Petty cash reconciliation
- Assisting with completion of any related documents
- Performing task such as sending monthly statements or any other relevant related task
- Assisting with admin in the variety of departments of company
- Maintaining, filling and scanning of documentation
- Maintaining and update company database
- Performing other relevant duties when needed

Please note that this is an outsourced position and you will be employed by us as the agency and assigned to the client for the duration of your contract. Also note this contract could potentially be for 6 months.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: R52,45 - R58,00 per hour

Expected hours: 39 per week
