**After Sales Coordinator - Job Specification**

**Reports to**: Technical Manager

**Location**: Stikland, Belville

**Schedule**: Monday - Fridays, 08:00-16:30 & every 2nd Saturday, 09:00-12:00

**Salary**: Market related and commensurate with experience

**Summary**:
This role ensures the smooth operation of our after-sales department, coordinating technical workshop activities and administrative tasks, and facilitating excellent communication between clients and technicians.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordination ofthe technical department and after-sales functions.
- Ensure all department related administration is managed well and done timeously.
- Keep records and report on work done, trends, stock of spare parts, etc.
- Manage all administration related to repair work in progress and completed
- Prepare quotes for repairs and services, issue invoices for work completed
- Manage repair book-ins, maintain job cards and prioritize repair queue
- Assist clients visiting the workshop by booking in equipment and resolving any queries, issues or product needs
- Manage client expectations on repair turnaround time.
- Ensure timely resolution of client queries.
- Call outs
- Arrange call outs to clients for repairs and services on site.
- Arrange with agents and 3rd parties for repairs and services.
- Ensure adherence to standards and quality of service by agents and 3rd parties.
- Parts
- Procurement and management of spare parts, tools and workshop consumables.
- Communicating with suppliers regarding technical questions and spare parts.

**Minimum requirements**:

- At least 3 years of technical knowledge/experience with catering equipment
- Valid South African driver's license.
- Fluent in English.
- Additional languages - advantageous.
- Experience in a catering equipment sales position - advantageous
