We are urgently looking for a Office & Logistics Administrator to perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities at our Gauteng Bay Branch.

**Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Monitoring of all plant and vehicles using the tracker system
- Produce a daily Control Reports
- Keep an up to date records of service schedules
- Raising requisitions on the BS system
- Sourcing of quotations
- Assist in promotional campaigns to attract and maintain a client base
- Prepare a reconciliation schedule of the fuel accounts
- Ensure all relevant documentation relating to services is administered correctly.
- Produce reports upon request by the department manager.
- Capturing all documents and Filing onto Office 365
- resolve administrative problems and enquiries
- general clerical duties including reception, photocopying, and mailing
- Conduct adhoc duties deemed reasonable to support the company

**Education and Experience**
- relevant office administration qualification
- computer skills and knowledge of relevant software
- experience in logistics, oil and gas industries will be an added advantage
- knowledge of spares, plant and equipment
