**Evolve Skateboards South Africa is seeking for a new Shop Manager**:
**Hours**: 10:00 AM - 16:00 PM

**Location**: Victoria Junction, De Waterkant, Greenpoint

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Daily housekeeping of the shop. Making sure the shop is presentable at all times.
- Processing, packing and sending orders to customers.
- Customer service, answering and responding to all customer queries
- Stock takes and ordering of new/required stock
- Marketing management:Regular updates on the website and Shopify

Social media marketingPlanning and maintaining content creation and posting activities.
Newsletters
Promotional Events (on occasion) - sourcing and coordinating events.

**Requirements**:

- Prior knowledge of Shopify and Adobe Creative Cloud programmes (Photoshop & Premiere Pro) - advantageous
- At least two years experience in retail..
- The ability to conduct technical analysis of our products and conduct services where necessary
- Basic knowledge of accounting and business management

**More information to be supplied upon introduction**.

**Salary**: R18,500.00 per month
