**Key Objectives**
- Organize and maintain employee records
- Update internal databases (e.g. record annual, sick or maternity leave)
- Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts and new hire guides.
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. leave trends)
- Assist with employee queries regarding HR-related issues
- Assist with payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leave of absence, sick days, overtime and commission)
- Assist with recruitment administration and new joiner inductions.
- Provide support on IR related matters.
- Participate in HR projects

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years’ of experience performing the HR Generalist function.
- Demonstrated experience with IR, payroll, recruitment, T&D and HR administrative tasks.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong organizational skills including the ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a fast paced and ever-changing environment
- Strong computer skills, including experience working with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to learn, self-train, and execute new administrative tasks
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with all organizational roles
- Ability to take ownership of projects
