Sales Representative

**Description**
This role aims to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and market infiltration within an assigned geographical area by effectively selling Easylife Kitchens’ approved range of products within the framework of the group
**Key Responsibilities**
- Establishes develops and maintains business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned geographical area to generate new business for the organization’s products/services
- Achieve and exceed set sales targets. (Sales vs Budget)
- Constant monitoring and driving of sales from Franchisees.
- Inform and update existing and potential customers regularly with regard to product information, price lists, specials etc.
- Displays a deep knowledge and understanding of the company’s products and opposition products.
- Identifies product development needs in his/her sales area.
- Converts successful product trial results into new business opportunities and orders.
- Is responsible for formulating a customer Sales plan. Implements and monitors such a strategy on a weekly and monthly basis
- Researching to expand the current product range and bring innovation to the ELK group.
- Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through highly responsive and professional service
**Communication Skills**
- Ensure information flows where needed and present information in an accomplished manner. Keep relevant people informed of both positive and potentially negative information
- Uses consultative selling techniques to maintain Franchisees relationships.
- Build relationships within the ELK Group to support cross-regional (JHB & CPT) business opportunities.
**Education, requirements and Experience**:
- Matric
- A valid driver’s license
- Tertiary qualification or certified sales profession certification would be an advantage.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven track record in a sales environment
- Must be willing to travel extensively.
- Product knowledge of the Kitchen Industry.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
**Skills and Attributes**:
- Good analytical skills in reviewing available data.
- Clear communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong capabilities in logical reasoning to address and resolve queries and issues
- Influencing and negotiation skills.
- Forward-thinker with the ability to work independently as well as to work as a team player
- Good administrative skills to ensure that tasks are completed accurately and timeously
- Strong work ethic.
**Salary Range**
- CTC 500k per annum (Basic + Commission)
- Fuel and Cell Phone allowance included in CTC
- Bonus linked to sales that exceeds targets.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
