Liaise directly with customers to ensure technical and commercial requirements for the projects
- Attend pre-tender site and clarification meetings when necessary
- Interface with Engineers
- Upkeep of department pricing databases
- Obtaining pricing from suppliers for tender prep
- Compile and price Bill of Quantities
- Prep commercial presentation for the offer
- Maintain working knowledge of general commercial terms and conditions which imcludes, working with foreign currencies and forward cover requirements, cost price adjustments (CPA) and market indices, incoterms and standard forms of contract with special focus on FIDIC and NEC
- Ensure all offers and proposales generated comply to both the client's as well as Technical and Commercial requirements
- Ensure offers are submitted on time, plan time management according to specified submission dates
- Attend cources as well as perform self-study to familiarize yourself with the products that the company offers
- Follow up on submitted offers
- Report directly to the Installations Director
