Effectively co-ordinate all activities of RTC staff in the Sub-District
- Provide and/or facilitate the provision of clinical and skills mentorship to RTC Core teams and other Direct Service Delivery (DSD) staff in the assigned Sub-District.
- Conduct regular meetings as needed with Core teams and determine theirprogress, any issues and any suggested improvements
- Support and Monitor performance for all the RTC teams and DSD Staff in the Sub District
- Ensure all reports from Sub-District teams are submitted on time and are of sufficient quality.
- Review all reports submitted by RTC teams and staff in the assigned Sub-District and advice RTC Provincial Management of any successes, challenges and bottlenecks and facilitate quality improvement plans to mitigate the identified gaps
- Ensure RtC teams effectively utilize all company technical expertise available at their disposal including but not limited to Specialists, Technical Advisors, Medical Advisors
- Effectively monitor the quality of support rendered by RtC staff to the Department and where gaps are identified, support the relevant DoH and RtC staff to implement remedial actions
- Facilitate weekly work-planning meetings of all core teams in the designated Sub-District, review the weekly plan to ensure identified program objectives will be met by the proposed activities and submit all such plans to the Senior Operations Manager and Program Manager.
- Attend all Sub-District DoH meetings and give feedbacks to the teams and the Management.
- Provide ongoing Technical Assistance on all operational and clinical issues of HIV care, PMTCT/Paediatric/Adult ART, TB, MCWHN including eMTCT, Pharmaceutical projects and all other RTC projects in the assigned Sub-District.
- Assist with introduction of new employees to the Sub-District and facilities and complete the orientation processes.
- Ensure all newly employed staff are suitably inducted and capacitated to effectively discharge their duties
- Provide mentoring and support to Core Teams, DSD Staff and implement measures for staff development
- Work with DoH District team and Right to Care Mpumalanga/Free State Training unit to develop joint training plan for assigned Sub-District.
- Conduct quarterly Performance Management for all staff members in designated sub-district and implement remedial actions as needed
- Collect, sign and submit all staff timesheets monthly to the office and on time too
- Manage proper link between Core Teams, DSD Staff and Right to Care Management at all times
- Assist in and clarify proper lines of communication between Core, Teams, DSD Staff and Right to Care Management
- Communicate with Senior Operations Manager on operational progress and capacity of sites monthly
- Ensure proper representation of Right to Care at all relevant Sub-District activities
- Ensure adequate engagement of Right to Care and all relevant Sub District stakeholders occur under the direction of the Senior Operations Manager
- Ensure facilities conduct weekly data reviews
- Ensure Sub
- District Data reviews including DIP/909090 tracer indicators review are conducted on a monthly basis.
- Ensure that the facility progress review sessions take place and QIPs are implemented
- Ensure all facilities in the Sub District integrate DIP reviews into their routine activities.
- Ensures all facilities have updated run charts
- Facilitate seamless collaboration and cooperation between the different RTC teams and cadres of staff working in the assigned Sub-District
- Asset management
- Inventory and loss control

ü Asset procurement and utilization
- Fleet management
- work with Program Procurement Officer in the:

- Management of company car use and prevention of misuse/abuse thereof

ü Traffic offences management

ü Collision damage management

ü Petrol cards and disc validity

ü Roadworthiness and car services and repairs

ü Vehicle requisition
- A Diploma and Degree in Nursing
- SANC Certificate & Registration
- NIMART Certificate, APC
- 5 Years experience in implimenting health programmes
- Atleast 3 years experience in clinical programme management including HAST programmes, Monitoring & Evaluation, report writting and presentations at Sub-District and District levels
- Atleast 3 years of operations management experience, including managing projects, people and finance
