My client is a leading Shopfitting and Installation company specializing in delivering high-quality projects. With a strong commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, they pride themselves in their ability to successfully complete projects on time and within budget.

They are currently seeking a dedicated and organized **Administrative Assistant **to support our Project Manager in the efficient execution of construction projects.

As an Administrative Assistant to the Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the construction projects. You will provide administrative support, assist in project coordination, and help maintain effective communication among project stakeholders. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask will contribute to the successful completion of the projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Project Manager in day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute project-related documents, such as meeting agendas, minutes, and progress reports.
- Maintain project files and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and compile project data and reports.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, contracts, and other project-related documents.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, providing regular updates to the Project Manager.
- Help track project expenses and maintain budget records.
- Support the coordination of project meetings, including booking venues, arranging catering, and preparing meeting materials.
- Assist in maintaining effective communication channels among project team members, subcontractors, and clients.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and data.
- Proficiency in using office software, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of construction terminology and processes is desirable.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
