Ready to flex your Marketing muscle? A leading South African fitness franchise is looking for a talented junior to mid-weight Digital Marketing Coordinator to join their team in Cape Town’s city centre.

**Responsibilities**:
Communication & Advertising
- Management and execution of the day-to-day Marketing / advertisement activities
- Effective communication and briefs with content manager, freelancers, and agencies
- Alignment of brand’s communication and advertising channels
- Performance optimisation of website based on analytics/SEO reports.

Campaign Management
- Management & Execution of Marketing campaigns incl. organising photo/video shoots & Marketing events
- Management & Execution of PR campaign incl. national influencer campaigns
- Analysing conversion statistics & making recommendations.

Marketing Support
- Management of local Marketing initiatives of studios incl. local influencer
- Management of in-studio Marketing materials & merchandise (incl. printing/distribution) Preparing & hosting Marketing workshops and presentations
- Execution of member retention strategy.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing or Communication
- A minimum of 3-5 years Marketing management experience
- Experience working across Marketing channels - Commercial, Partnerships, Digital - with demonstrable results
- Strong knowledge of Marketing principles, techniques, and best practices, with a demonstrated track record of executing successful Marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics
- Interested in health & fitness
- Team player including the ability to provide guidance, feedback, and support to Marketing and non-Marketing team members
- Passionate delivering a world-class customer experience
- Innovative, curious and collaborative
- Must reside in Cape Town.
