**Requirements**:

- Grade 12
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in the Hospitality Industry - Essential in order to understand the business
- Some reservations exposure would be advantageous
- Tertiary education would be advantageous
- Ability to work on a computer all day working with stats, data and numbers
- Ability to analyze stats and data and provide meaningful feedback
- Solid interpersonal skills
- Valid RSA ID
- Access to reliable transport required - own vehicle would be a bonus
- Dynamic

- Flexible
- Presentable Appearance
- Excellent communication & organization skills
- Must have a good command of the English language with good writing skills
- Microsoft Office inclusive of MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint - advanced Excel knowledge is critical
- Knowledge of CRM & Hospitality Reservations / PMS systems would be greatly beneficial
- Current systems being used include NEBULA, APEX, OPERA, ERES
- Must be able to attend an in-person interview in Bryanston

**Description**
- Compilation & management of the day-to-day sales, marketing & financial information databases & reports
- Assist in the development and maintenance of information intelligence over all aspects of the business
- Collecting and generating intelligence from multiple sources such as eRES, OPERA, Apex & other Hospitality Platforms
- Isolate, analyze and report on vital information in a timely manner that is used to direct business decisions
- Data entry into databases, spreadsheets or word processing programs, working with client data & financial records, sales information or market intelligence
- Basic bookkeeping requirements as support for the finance team
