**Job description**
**JOB ROLES & DESCRIPTION**
- Work alongside fellow supervisors & establish procedures for top notch quality of service.
- Liaise with departments regarding events, service and policies.
- Opening & Closing the restaurant.
- To set up prior to service and adhere to the opening and closing duties.
- Cashing up at the end of service.
- Training team members on product knowledge & table service.
- Revising procedures & establishing efficiency
- Stock management & ordering.
- Manage & record wastage.
- Addressing guests queries.
- To ensure your team delivers unforgettable service experiences.
- To help make the Restaurant profitable by looking after equipment and managing stock
- Make sure all products to guests are quality controlled.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Point of Sales (light speed) proficiency
- Excel proficiency
- Stock take & Cost of Sales proficiency
- Food & beverage knowledge
- At least 1 years experience in managerial role
- Shift flexibility & commitment
- Problem solving & Critical thinking
- Organisational & structural skills
- Dynamic & resilient
- Team player & interpersonal skills
- Willingness & eagerness to learn, teach & participate
- Patience & Passion
