We are looking for a Quality Manager to join our South Africa team and support the Colors&Flavors business in South Africa. This position is a key member of the Sensient team, where you will be required to push boundaries and add value onsite in the office, 5 days per week.

**What you’ll do**:

- Responsible for systematic review and maintenance of site Quality System components in accordance with corporate policies, procedures, programs, applicable government regulations and third party requirements.
- Serves as Site Quality Management Representative.
- Assure Good Manufacturing Practice compliance for plant and laboratory operations and manufacturing records.

- Responsible for Quality support of new product development process.
- Implementation of new national and international regulations as and when required (EU, USA, China, Australia, African countries, etc.).

**What you’ll bring**:

- Requires a Bachelor's or equivalent experience in a Technical Degree (Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry or Food Science), science based Master's degree is preferred.
- 10 years of Product Safety & Quality Assurance experience in a commercial or manufacturing environment. Supervisor and managerial experience required. Additional experience in Quality Control preferred
- Communicates information to appropriate personnel. Actively listens and shares information and knowledge with others in an effective and a timely manner. Ensures that appropriate information is communicated, received and understood.
