**About the role**
- Collaborate with the Product Owner, attend meetings to understand new features thoroughly.
- Review, manage, and update product documentation continuously.
- Perform regression tests to ensure new features do not introduce new issues.
- Conduct exploratory testing to identify defects and usability issues.
- Use creative and critical thinking to simulate real-world scenarios and user interactions.
- Incorporate user feedback into exploratory testing, addressing reported issues promptly.
- Identify and report defects, providing detailed information for effective problem resolution.
- Monitor and communicate the status of reported issues throughout their lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address product quality assurance concerns.

**What qualifies you for this role?**
- Prior SaaS product QA testing experience.
- Background in scripting or coding, even if not at a developer level.
- Experience with API testing using tools like Postman.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration testing.
- Scalable Test Framework Development Experience.
- Knowledge of performance testing tools.
- Familiarity with security testing practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
