- Provide technical assistance and support for a variety of IT-related issues.
- Solve hardware and software issues, ensuring mínimal downtime
- The installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems.
- Network setup and troubleshooting, including LANs and wireless connections.
- To network security measures and IT infrastructure maintenance.
- The setup of AV equipment and technology in conference rooms and other facilities.
- IT issues, resolutions, and system configurations meticulously.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
