- Monthly costs & creditors
- Labour- Productivity & quality
- Contracts & discipline
- Accommodation
- All Operations- Planting, grafting, tending, pruning
- Pollination
- Harvesting
- Irrigation
- Frost MitigationUse of irrigation to eliminate spring frost damage.
- Regenerative practises- Cover crops
- Other interventions
- CertificationRun the GAP and SIZA certification systems
- Develop Best Practise Operating Procedure for Orchard
- Visiting other orchards and engaging consultants to continually learn and develop the best practices for the orchard.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Grade 12 (preferably with Maths Core pass)
- Tertiary qualification (Cedara preferable)
- Computer literate
- Fluent in English, competent in Zulu
- Drivers license
