**Luxury Lodge - Addo, Eastern Cape**

**Requirements**:

- Proven Restaurant/F&B Junior Management experience
- minimum of 2 years
- Diploma, Degree or any Culinary/Hospitality related qualification (Advantageous)
- Extremely well organised and detail oriented
- Excellent multi-tasker and hard worker
- sets the example for the team
- Good Management and training skills
- Solid back of house and Front of house experience
- Communication and leadership skills
- Up to date with Food and Beverages trends
- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
- Guest-oriented and service-minded
- Strong leader
- Self-motivated-with the ability to work without supervision
- Must be willing to work hospitality hours (weekends, public holidays etc)
- Drivers Licence with own reliable transport

**Responsibilities**
- Managing Food and Beverage operations, while operating within budget and to the highest possible standards
- Liaise with all members of the team to plan and execute activity and restaurant bookings seamlessly
- Leading the team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Stock control and policy implementation
- Purchasing of goods and continuously making improvements
- Identify customer’s needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
- Establishing targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
- Good communication with employees, management and clients
- Comply with all health and safety regulations (HAACP)
- Monthly reporting to management on revenue and overall performance
