**Requirements**:

- A relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Certification as a CATHSSETA Trainer with an Assessor qualification with CATHSSETA.
- A minimum of Level 5 qualification in the hospitality field.
- Experience working in high-end or luxury hospitality establishments with A minimum of 5-10 years of experience, with at least 4-5 years in a training or teaching role.
- Familiarity with the South African hospitality industry and CATHSSETA requirements.
- Additional certifications or specializations in hospitality-related areas will be very beneficial
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver high-quality training programs in accordance with CATHSSETA, QCTO standards and curriculum.
- Create engaging and interactive learning materials and activities.
- Assess and evaluate students' performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in the hospitality industry.
- Maintain accurate records of students' progress and achievements.
- Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with other faculty members and industry professionals to enhance the training program.
- Inspire and mentor learners from diverse backgrounds, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Leading both theory and practical sessions (kitchen, restaurant, bedrooms, etc.)
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and tools.
