Operations Manager in The Clothing Manufacturing

Influence Clothing is a family-run custom clothing manufacturing company. We specialize in all forms of clothing for all sectors.

We are in need of an Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the business. The Operations Manager will be responsible for:

- Opening and closing of the factory
- Tracking of staff attendance, times, performance
- Planning production and delegating tasks to staff
- Ensuring production is within the timeframe
- Following up with all departments to ensure work is being done efficiently
- Ensuring staff are working within company policies and code of conduct
- Disciplining staff accordingly
- Ensure all products are up to the standards of the company
- Oversee company vehicles as well as the planning of routes, collections, deliveries, etc.

The employer is expecting someone with the correct attitude to want to run the overall operations and to ensure that at the end of the day, all staff as well as the customer are happy.

**Salary**: R18,000.00 - R28,000.00 per month
