**Purpose of the Job**:
Provide administrative and reporting support by means of performing all administration-related and customer support responsibilities to contribute to the efficiency of the Category Management teams

**What you'll have done before**:
Baseline:

- NQF Level 5 (Higher Certificate in Business Administration or relevant)
- 3 years’ experience in Administration support

Advantageous:

- NQF Level 6 (Diploma in Business Administration)
- 5 years’ experience in Retail/FMCG industry

**What you'll be doing**:

- Collate and distribute reports on a monthly basis, including site visits findings and feedback from convenience team.
- Provide reporting support to convenience operations across all platforms
- Sap BI, PowerBi, etc
- Administer all expense management related tasks including payments through creation of requisitions and follow up with Procurement and managers on approvals.
- Administer and monitor OPEX across convenience operations and reconcile to ensure that the spend is aligned to approved budget and report on any discrepancies.
- Reconcile supplier accounts on monthly basis and log queries and disputes from suppliers with relevant teams.
- Compile and report on customer complaints on a weekly basis to ensure dissemination to critical internal stakeholders across operations, technical and product teams.
- Provide support and coordinate meeting engagements within the convenience operations and other stakeholders (internally & externally) to ensure efficient collaboration and integration across.
- Administer the vetting of dealer and sales requests in support of the debranding programme and ensure timeous communication back to dealers on matters raised.
- Administer the approval and loading of products per site listed on SAP and BCX and ensure consistent data quality and cleanliness at a site level.
- Ensure data integrity of master data file management and that the product files are downloaded to sites as required.
