Digital Shift is a relatively recent ICT Consulting company with a core focus on Digital Transformation, Professional Services and Cloud Solutions, with offices in Gauteng, Western Cape and KZN, and is looking to grow its client base within the Western Cape and Gauteng. We are looking for an **EXCEPTIONAL** IT Sales Associate who can contribute towards the company’s growth and success story by means of Sales and Business Development.

**Position Description**:
**The successful applicant will be responsible for the following key performance areas**:

- Growing the Digital Shift Brand Nationally
- Focus on generating NEW revenue from Small and Mid-Sized Businesses (SME’s)
Nationally
- Sales Pipeline Management
- Generate & maintain the growth curve of company
- Fiscal and Administrative Experience
- Sales Projecting & Forecasting
- Excellent understanding of product and industry knowledge
- Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals
- Client Relationships and Retention
- Generate and Qualify NEW leads and close deals quickly and efficiently
- Continuously meet or exceed quarterly sales targets
- Client Communication
- Continuous and Consistent Cold Calling and E-Mailing when required
- Initiate and follow up the sales process from initial contact phase till closure
- Research and analyse sales options and identify business opportunities
- Canvassing for new business and sourcing leads through networking and various other prospecting techniques.
- Quoting and Proposal drafting

**Minimum Key Requirements**
- NQF Level 4 (Matric)
- Driver’s Licence and Own Reliable Vehicle
- Multilingual
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) & CRM Tools
- EXCELLENT interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Exceptional Business Acumen
- Self-starter and HIGHLY motivated
- Organised, disciplined and good time management skills.
- Ability to perform well under EXTREME pressure
- Competent in the ability to meet deadlines
- Proactively identify and action value added activities
- Manage and address customer’s perceptions of Service Delivery in a positive manner
- Good listening skills
- Competent in basic Project management skills / Understanding of Project Management
- Some understanding of Microsoft Office 365 and Cloud Concepts and solutions as well as Bespoke, Custom and Mobile Application Development as well as System Integration
- Robust knowledge of the IT Managed Service and Infrastructure as well as cloud industry and must be able to understand client requirements and to specify dynamic solutions.
- Happy to make DAILY cold calls and perform presentations to customers
- STRONG presentation skills
- MUST be confident and strong willed
- Perseverance, Persuasive and Hustle
- Extremely fast learner
- Empathy
- Track record of consistently exceeding quarterly sales quota targets
- Experience in the IT Industry is essential
- At least 2 previous line management contactable references

Minimum

**SALARY**:

- Basic +Commission on NP plus additional commission upon exceeding monthly sales
target. Negotiable dependent on qualifications and experience
- Quarterly Sales Target Driven Bonus
- Annual Sales Target Driven Bonus
