Physiotherapy Practice Administrator

A busy Physiotherapy Practice requires a Reception Administrator with a professional approach, who enjoys interacting with people.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Welcoming and registering patients
- Loading patients onto the system and creating invoices
- Processing and recording payment and sending of statements
- Completing the Patient Register
- Re-booking patients
- Answering the phone and providing information
- Scanning and filing patient registration forms
- Running the cash register for cash payments
- General running of the Practice: correspondence with patients, doctors and suppliers
- Maintaining a tidy and welcoming Reception Area
- Assistance with the day to day running of the Practice as directed
- Stock check and ordering of supplies
- General upkeep of the Practice: changing linen, keeping the kitchen and store room tidy
- Carrying out these duties in a friendly and courteous manner as you are the ambassador and first point of contact at the Practice.
- Further tasks required for general running of the Practice will be discussed.
