**Job Description**:

- Assisting the General Counsel in managing the company’s legal & business affairs.
- Have a strong understanding of legal terminology particularly copyright
- Ensure Compliance with relevant legislation
- Research legal aspects required by the organization.
- Review and draft contracts and policies as required by business.
- Initiating internal infringement processes
- Prepare and present legal advice and opinion.
- Assist with debt collection
- Continuously review and implement dispute resolution processes - counterclaims
- Licensing and Service Level contract drafting, review and negotiations
- Attend and present at workshops, roundtable discussions and forum logistics
- Bilateral Relations - Research and approach other CMOs and Rights Management Entities.

**Requirements**:

- LLB with interest in Copyright Law
- 6 months relevant experience
- Satisfactory knowledge of day-to-day operations of a legal office
- Computer literacy
