- Prepare books for auditors
- Do inventory
- Following up on debtors and creditors
- Payroll on Pastel (wages and salaries)
- Keeping the company’s books up to date
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Matric with a relevant degree/diploma
- 1 - 3 years experience in Bookkeeping/ Office Administration
- Excellent computer literacy (MS Excel - Advanced)
- Pastel experience
- Knowledge of e-filing and SARS
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Must be punctual and dedicated
- Must be hard working and trustworthy
