We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling accounts payable and receivable, and managing payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain financial records using Xero or QuickBooks.
  • Handle accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.
  • Manage payroll processing and compliance.
  • Support client onboarding, including account setup and training.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding, including account setup and tool access.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or certification in bookkeeping/accounting.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, such as Xero or QuickBooks.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
