**Job Title: Sales & Business Development Representative**

**Gross Salary Monthly**:R15,000 - R20,000 (excluding commission)
- Full-time position based in an office.
- Occasional travel may be required for client meetings, industry events, or conferences.
- Working at events will be required from time to time.
- _**Valid SA Driver’s License + Car is a non-negotiable for this role **_

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION**

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within the sports, entertainment, or related industries.
- A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is essential.

**Education**:

- Grade 12 Pass
- A degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Valid SA Drivers License and own car

**Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts or projects simultaneously.
- Client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and tailored solutions.

**Knowledge**:

- Understanding of the sports and entertainment landscape, including key trends, players, and business dynamics, is highly desirable.

**Attributes**:

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a high degree of professionalism.

**ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR CLIENT**

Our client is seeking a highly motivated, client-centric Sales & Business Development Representative to join their growing team in the sports and entertainment industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and securing new client opportunities, nurturing long-term relationships, and helping clients achieve their goals.

You will work closely with key stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions tailored to the unique needs of the sports and entertainment sector.

Our client is looking for someone who is proactive, driven, and capable of developing customized strategies to meet and exceed client expectations.

This role requires a deep understanding of the sports and entertainment landscape, along with a commitment to delivering outstanding results for clients and the organization.
