As a B2B Telesales Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and setting appointments with small and medium-sized businesses interested in upgrading their communication infrastructure. Your primary goal will be to schedule appointments for our sales team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to businesses within the designated target market.
- Identify decision-makers and engage them in conversations about their communication needs.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and set appointments for our sales representatives.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies and achieve targets.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in telesales or appointment setting (Non-negotiable) preferably in the telecommunications industry (Advantageous)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (Non-negotiable)
- Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with prospects.
- Strong understanding of VOIP technology and internet solutions (Advantageous)
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
**Remuneration**
- R4500 - R6000 Basic + Commission + Incentive structure.
- Basic dependent on experience.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From R4 500,00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bedfordview, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Marketing and sales: 1 year (preferred)
