As a B2B Telesales Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and setting appointments with small and medium-sized businesses interested in upgrading their communication infrastructure.

Your primary goal will be to schedule appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to businesses within the designated target market.
  • Identify decisionmakers and engage them in conversations about their communication needs.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and set appointments for our sales representatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and followup activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies and achieve targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales or appointment setting (Nonnegotiable) preferably in the telecommunications industry (Advantageous)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (Nonnegotiable)
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with prospects.
  • Strong understanding of VOIP technology and internet solutions (Advantageous)
  • Goaloriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Remuneration

  • R4500
  • R6000 Basic + Commission + Incentive structure.
  • Basic dependent on experience.

  • Bedfordview, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
