**Role Responsibilities**:

- Independently facilitate matters
- Write legal opinions
- Compile and review contracts
- Review tenders and proposals
- Maintain a disciplined administration of the practice
- Maintain daily time-recording
- Consult with and advising clients
- Conduct legal research

**Qualifications**:
LLB degree. Admitted Attorney. 8 - 10 years post admission experience most of which must have been spent in a law firm.

**Skills**:
Have sound litigation and legal dispute resolution experience. Have general labour and employment law; corporate and commercial law; and administrative law experience. Be pragmatic and solution-driven, with an understanding of each client's business and economics and the factors that drive a client's decision-making processes. Have strong communication skills - verbal and written (with a focus on plain English). Have a strong work ethic and an ability to conceive strategy, exercise initiative, take responsibility. Be capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Be able to thrive in a team environment. Be extremely detail oriented. Ability to understand various legal and financial instruments. Have a stellar reputation in the industry relating to: Ethics, Diligence, Skill,
