- Tertiary qualification in IR / HR field
- **Experience required**_
- A minimum of 5 years' relevant working experience as an IR Professional.
- A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience with CCMA processes.
- Experience with the disciplinary life cycle.
- Excellent language skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages.
- Experience in SAGE 300 People will be advantageous.
- Excellent understanding of the LRA/BCEA/OHSA/COIDA

- Facilitate investigations for disciplinary hearings.
- Prepare and issue disciplinary charges.
- Prepare for and initiate internal disciplinary hearings.
- Drafting of disciplinary warnings.
- Facilitate CCMA & Labour Court-related administration.
- Prepare month-end IR reporting.
- Facilitate Department of Labour and Employment responses to contravention notices and compliance orders
