**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the steel and tube industry (At least 3 years)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customer
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to succeed
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with internal stakeholders
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits and industry events

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the steel and tube market segment
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely information on product availability, pricing, and delivery
- Prepare and present quotes and proposals to customers, negotiating terms and closing sales
- Collaborate with the external sales team to support their efforts and coordinate customer activities
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and development
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient order fulfilment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales activity reports in the CRM system
- Provide exceptional after-sales support, addressing any customer concerns or issues promptly and effectively
