**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative to help scale a vital part of our rapidly-growing, well-funded, stable startup. More precisely, we’re looking for a motivated individual who can leverage their communication skills to drive new business. You’ll report and work directly with sales leadership to meet and exceed goals across all active markets.
Our client helps Property Managers improve resident satisfaction and recover thousands in property management fees on an annual basis. They does this by organizing, streamlining and offloading inspections through our property inspection software. Essentially, our client allows anyone with a smartphone to complete an inspection whether that is the Property Manager or residents
As a Sales Development Representative, your primary function is to put our sales team in touch with the right people at the right companies. You'll be responsible for engaging prospective customers and converting these into sales opportunities that will be handed to and closed by a Business Development Manager

- Work with the SDR team in tandem with our Business Development Manager to grow our top markets
- Prospect and research new business opportunities with property management companies
- Build a pipeline of consistent and qualified leads for Business Development Manager- Creatively uncover opportunities by connecting with multiple stakeholders; property managers, marketing directors and senior leadership
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs and sales goals
- Identify and target revenue/growth opportunities within an assigned territory/industry to arrange appointments for the Director
- Generate leads lists and databases for qualified prospects that can be funneled and nourished in the sales process
- Meet sales team objectives including call rates, conversion rates, campaign deadlines, mining lead database, customer data management, and revenue targets
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the products, content, and solutions including the ability to articulate competitive differentiators and our value proposition
- Effectively build, manage, and close a sales pipeline of qualified customers for the products and services
- Efficiently manage a portfolio of customers to optimize client satisfaction, engagement, and retention

You Must be able to work in office to cover an US, EST Shift (4pm - 1am South Africa Time)**:
- 2+ years of experience in a US-based sales role (preferred) or overall 5 years of sales experience for global-reach companies
- Experience in selling for the Property Management space would be an advantage
- Experience with Hubspot and other business relevant CRM, software, and app
- A friendly, likable demeanor and a team-oriented mindset
- Possess a competitive spirit, highly-driven
- Ability to qualify prospective customers and generate leads- A relentless desire for growth and advancement
- Experience in customer service, lead generation, sales, cold calling, telemarketing in a US-based, business to business (B2B) environment
- Experience using prospecting and lead generation tools ie LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, website and search engine research, etc.
- Accent Neutral and strong command of the English language both verbal and written
- Bilingual in Spanish would be an advantage but is not required
