Ecommerce Courier Controller

The Ecommerce Courier Controller acts the logístical middleman for our business. This person is responsible for the daily management of courier resources between the business and our respective couriers. We are looking for someone highly organized and accurate with regards logístical processes with a warehouse environment. With a lot of moving pieces and the fast-paced nature of our business we need someone that is a highly effective communicator and passionate about working with others.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the TMS process at JP floor and TMS escalations
- Manage the operational relationship with TMS (Picup) and the integrated couriers ( 1Fetch, SkyNet, CIT)
- Ensure TMS software is batching and routing appropriately, as well as managing waybill allocation, and manage associated problem solving.
- Scan package from eCommerce packing stations to assign Picup waybill and direct waybills to courier inhouses, ensuring waybill manifest hand over into the courier company.
- Manage the 1Fetch same-day waybills ensuring ready and available for hand over.
- Works closely with eCommerce supervisor for any emergency deliveries, escalations and problem solving
- TMS hand over and waybill creation.
- Manages TMS relationship and Security management
- Customer Service: Resolve queries; Give timely feedback and provide information. Ensure adequate communication of arrangements.

**Experience**:

- Matric
- Ideally a warehousing/logistics related qualification
- Warehousing / logistics experience (4 years)
- customer-service experience (2 years)
- e-Commerce experience advantageous
